Melwood Proposed Special GLUP Amendment
Planning Commission meeting May 6, 2024
The Planning Commission voted on May 6 to allow Melwood to submit plans for its redevelopment of the site to a 5 story building with 100 apartments, changing its GLUP designation from “Public” to “Low Medium”.
